Read the business. Then build the fix.
AI training, AI automation and AI marketing, for Malaysian companies.
Three lines, one buyer: the owner doing real revenue who has run out of hours. We build everything on our own business first, with our own money. What survives that is what we sell.
- decode
- to read the pattern out of the noise
- modus
- the way a thing actually operates
Three ways in.
Most owners start with one and add another once it pays for itself. You do not have to buy all three, and we will say so if you only need one.

AI training
Your team learns on your own work, not on demo examples. Two days hands on, then three months while the habit sticks. We teach and guide. We never take over your business.
What the training covers - 02
AI automation
Enquiries answered in under a minute, at any hour. Follow ups that never get forgotten. The admin that quietly eats your week, handled by a system instead of a person.
What we automate - 03
AI marketing
We do not sell clicks and we do not sell leads. We sell a booked appointment with someone who already knows roughly what it costs and still said yes.
Why we count appointments
We spend our own money first.
Before running a campaign for anyone else, we ran one for ourselves, on the exact method we sell. July 2026.
Our own Meta campaign, July 2026. We also built the machine behind it: landing page, form, automatic webinar registration, welcome email and WhatsApp, one tap reminders, and attendance written back to the CRM. Tracking verified at 9.3 out of 10 on event match quality. These are our numbers, not a client's, and we would rather show you ours than borrow someone else's.
The angle sets the quality. Not the targeting.
This came out of our own campaign, and it changed how we build every one since. Same funnel, same audience, same budget window. Two different ad angles.
One pulled 71% decision makers at RM9 a lead. The other pulled 33% at twice the volume and cost less per head. The cheap one was quietly filling the list with people who were never going to buy.
Almost everyone tunes the audience. The lever that actually moved was what the ad said.
What that means for you
- You get fewer leadsOn purpose. Every filter we add removes someone who was never going to buy anyway.
- Your cost per lead goes upAlso on purpose. It is the wrong score. We report the cost of an appointment that actually happens.
- Your sales team stops wasting daysThe people who reach them have already answered the questions that decide whether it is real.
- You see the same numbers we doWeekly, readable in a minute, ad spend and our fee both included in the maths.
You deal with the person who builds it.
Decode Modus is small on purpose. Patrick writes the ads, builds the funnels and runs the training. There is no account manager reading a script between you and the work.
It also means we turn work down. If what you need is not something we can do properly, we would rather tell you that in the first conversation than find out together in month three.
Tell us what is slow, or what is not selling.
One message is enough to start. If we are not the right fix for it, we will say so, and point you at what is.
