AI automation

The work that eats your week, handled.

You do not learn anything, hire anyone or manage tools. We build it, plug it in, and hand you the result.

The first thing we usually fix is the reply.

An enquiry lands on WhatsApp at nine at night. Your salesperson sees it at nine the next morning. By then the customer has messaged three other companies and someone else has already answered.

You paid for that enquiry. You lost it to a clock, not to a competitor's product.

So we install a first response that goes out in under a minute, at any hour, in your own tone, in English, Malay or Chinese. It does not try to sell. It acknowledges, asks the first real question, and holds the person warm until one of your people picks it up.

What we usually automate

  • First reply to every enquiryUnder a minute, any hour, any language your customers use.
  • Qualifying questionsThe three or four answers that decide whether this is real, asked before anyone spends time.
  • BookingTwo or three concrete slots offered in the chat, then written into your calendar.
  • RemindersConfirmation, then a day before, then a couple of hours before. This is what stops no shows.
  • Follow up that never forgetsThe people who went quiet get chased on a schedule instead of whenever someone remembers.
  • The back office bitsReports that get typed out every week, records copied between two systems, the same summary written by hand.

We built this for ourselves before we sold it.

Our own July 2026 campaign ran on a machine we built end to end. Every part below is a thing we have already made work under live traffic.

  • Capture and registerLanding page and form, then automatic registration on the event platform, with the personal join link sent back within seconds.
  • Welcome on two channelsEmail and WhatsApp, both fired the moment someone signs up, neither one typed by a human.
  • One tap remindersA reminder chain carrying each person's own link. It delivered to every single signup with no failures.
  • Attendance written backWho actually turned up, synced back onto the customer record automatically, so the follow up knows who to treat differently.

That campaign produced 130 registrations and a 61 percent live turnout, against a normal range of 20 to 40 percent. The reminder chain and the personal link are the reason. Tracking was verified at 9.3 out of 10 on event match quality, which is what keeps the reporting honest.

The first thirty days.

No long discovery phase. We would rather have one thing working in week two than a diagram finished in week six.

  • 01

    Week one: find the leak

We sit with how enquiries actually arrive and what happens to them. Where they come in, who touches them, how long they wait, where they die. Usually the biggest hole is not where the owner expected.

You get the map at the end of this week whether or not you carry on with us.

  • 02

    Week two: one thing, live

We build the single automation that removes the biggest bottleneck and put it into real use. Not a pilot in a sandbox. Real enquiries, real customers, watched closely.

One thing working beats five things half built. If it does not hold up, we would rather find out now on one flow.

  • 03

    Week three: connect it

The first automation gets wired to what comes before and after it, so a lead flows from arriving, to answered, to qualified, to booked, without anyone copying anything by hand.

This is the point where your team starts noticing they have stopped doing something.

  • 04

    Week four: hand it over

We show your team how it works, what to do when something looks wrong, and how to change the wording themselves. Then we agree what is worth building next, if anything.

If nothing else is worth building yet, we will say so. A monthly fee for a system that already runs itself is not a service.

Questions we get asked.

Will customers know they are talking to a machine?

We do not pretend a bot is a person. The first reply is fast and useful, and a real person takes over at the point where it matters. Trying to fool people is both dishonest and obvious.

Do we have to change the systems we already use?

Usually not. We build around what you have. Where a system genuinely cannot connect to anything, we will tell you plainly instead of quoting for a workaround that will break.

What happens if it gets something wrong?

It gets watched, particularly in the first weeks. Anything the system is not sure about goes to a person rather than being guessed at. We would rather it hand over too often than too little.

Who owns it at the end?

You do. It runs on your accounts, your number and your data. If you stop working with us, it keeps running and you keep the lot.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on what we find in week one, so any number on this page would be invented. You get a real one in writing once we have seen the actual flow.

What is the one job nobody wants to do every week?

Tell us that and we can usually tell you straight away whether it is worth automating, or whether it is a training problem instead.
