This website

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts and no cookies. Nothing is loaded from another company's servers. The fonts, styles and images are all served from this site itself, so no third party sees that you visited.

The contact form

The short form on the contact page does not send anything anywhere on its own. It runs entirely in your browser. When you press one of the buttons, it opens your own WhatsApp or your own email app with the message written out, and you choose whether to send it.

Nothing you type into that form is stored on this website or transmitted to us until you send it yourself.

What we hold when you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep what you sent along with your name and contact details, so we can reply and carry on the conversation. That information sits in our email and messaging accounts and, if we start talking about a project, in the system we use to keep track of enquiries.

We use it to answer you and to do the work. We do not sell it, rent it out, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Records connected to actual work are kept for as long as we need them for the job and for the accounting and tax records the law requires.

Client data

When we build automations or run advertising for a client, we work inside that client's own accounts and systems. Their customer data stays theirs, on their platforms. We access it to do the job we were engaged for and for nothing else, and our access ends when the engagement does.

Other companies involved

Reaching us means using services we do not own. WhatsApp messages go through WhatsApp, email through our email provider, and this website is served by our hosting provider. Each of those handles your information under its own terms.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email patrick@decodemodus.com and we will action it. If you would rather we did not keep your details at all after a conversation, say so and we will remove them.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it.

Last updated 31 July 2026. Decode Modus is registering as a company in Malaysia. Until that completes, the contracting entity is Fastcom PLT.
