Your team learns on your own work.
Not on demo examples. Two days hands on, then three months while the habit sticks. We call it the AI Business Engine.
Most AI training fails the week after.
People come back from a course full of ideas, open the tool on Monday, and quietly stop by Thursday. Nothing about how they work has changed, so nothing sticks.
The reason is almost always the same. The course taught the tool, using the trainer's examples. Nobody sat with the team's own quotation, their own weekly report, their own customer emails, and rebuilt those.
So that is what the two days are. Your files, your workflows, your bottlenecks, in the room.
Who this is for
- Owners and senior managementThe people who can change how work is done, not just how it is typed.
- Teams already doing the workAdmin, sales, operations, finance. The ones drowning in repeat tasks.
- Companies with real workflowsIf there is a process to point at, there is something to rebuild.
- Not forAnyone hoping AI will run the business for them. It will not, and we will not pretend otherwise.
We have taught this.
The two day hands on programme ran on 4 and 5 July 2026 with about seventeen people in the room.
The course is written end to end, so it does not live in one person's head, and it is built to be taught by more than one trainer. That matters for you in a plain way: what your team gets is a course, tested in a room, not a slide deck assembled the week before.
The shape of it.
Four parts. The two days are the visible bit, and they are the part that matters least on their own.
- 01
Assessment first
Before we teach anything we look at how your team actually works: what they repeat, where the week goes, which tasks are worth rebuilding. The two days are then written around what we found.
This is included. It is also the reason no two runs of this are identical.
- 02
Two days, hands on
Laptops open the whole time. Your team builds on their own tasks, in the room, with us next to them. By the end of day two they have working things they made themselves, not notes about things they could make.
Small groups on purpose. Hands on stops being hands on when the room gets too big for anyone to get help.
- 03
Three months of support
Weekly on site in the first month, then over video and WhatsApp. This is where a course becomes a habit, and it is the part most training skips because it is the expensive part.
Questions get batched and answered daily. You are not waiting a week to get unstuck.
- 04
It stays with your team
Your people keep what they built and know how it works. We are not holding the keys, and there is nothing you have to keep paying us for to carry on using it.
Your company buys its own AI subscriptions directly, at the normal price. We do not resell them or mark them up.
What is different afterwards.
Deliberately unglamorous. This is what the two days and the three months are built to change.
- The repeat work shrinksQuotations, reports, replies and summaries stop being written from scratch every single time.
- Your team asks better questionsThey stop asking the tool to do their job and start using it on the boring half of their job.
- The knowledge stops leavingHow your business explains itself gets written down once, properly, instead of living in a few people's heads.
- You stop buying tools you do not useYour team learns to judge whether something is worth adopting, which saves more than the training costs.
Questions we get asked.
Do we need any technical background?
No. The room is owners and staff, not developers. If your team can use email and a spreadsheet, they can do this.
How many people can attend?
Small groups. Hands on stops working when the room is too big for everyone to get individual help, so we would rather run two sessions than one crowded one. We will tell you the number that works for your team when we scope it.
Do you run a public class we can send one person to?
Not at the moment. Everything we run right now is in house for one company, on that company's own work. If that changes we will put it on this page rather than run a waiting list.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the team and how much support you want after the two days, so a number here would be a guess. Message us and you will get a real one, in writing, with what is and is not included.
Can you just build the automations for us instead?
Yes, that is a different service. Training teaches your team to build and run it themselves. Automation means we build it and hand you the working system. Some companies want one, some want both.
Tell us what your team repeats every week.
That is usually enough for us to say whether training is the right answer for you, or whether you would get more out of automation.
