We sell a booked appointment. Not a lead.

An appointment that happens, with someone who already knows roughly what it costs and still said yes.

Cost per lead is the wrong score.

Nearly every agency reports it, because it is the number that is easy to make look good. Push it down far enough and you will get a very cheap list of people who ask the price and disappear.

That is not bad luck, and it is not your sales team. The ad asked for it. If the only thing the ad talked about was price, price is the only thing the reader will ask about.

Then it compounds. The platform watches who responded and goes to find more people exactly like them. One bad week teaches the system who to chase for the rest of the campaign.

What we report instead

  • Booked appointmentsThe headline. It is the thing you are actually buying.
  • Cost per booked appointmentThe real efficiency number. Ad spend and our fee both included.
  • Show up rateAn appointment nobody attends is not an appointment. This one is ours to fix.
  • Qualified rateTells us early if the creative has started drifting toward the wrong people.
  • Speed to first replyOur commitment to you, visible every week rather than promised once.

The proof is our own campaign.

We have no client logos on this site because we are not going to borrow anyone's results. These are ours, from July 2026.

RM9per lead on the angle that won
71%of those leads were decision makers

Same funnel, same audience, same budget window, two different ad angles. One pulled 71 percent decision makers at RM9 a lead. The other pulled 33 percent at twice the volume. The cheaper, higher volume ad was the one quietly filling the list with people who were never going to buy. That is the finding the whole method is built on: the angle sets lead quality, before targeting, before the landing page, before the follow up.

Two things we do that are not standard.

  • 01

We read your ad account before you pay us

Every ad running on Facebook and Instagram is public, in a library anyone can open. So before there is any agreement, we pull your whole account, walk every destination page, and show you what is leaking. Duplicate ads bidding against each other, buttons that ask for nothing, a different landing page on every ad so no result can ever be compared.

You get that either way. If you take it and fix it yourself, that is a fine outcome for us. It is a far better first conversation than a slide deck about our process.

We publish your price floor, never your quote

The instinct is to hide price and sell value first. That instinct is what creates price shoppers, because the buyer's first unanswered question becomes their only question.

So we put the starting number on the page. Not a quote, a floor. Someone who cannot spend that leaves before they cost you anything, and someone who fills in the form already knows and submitted anyway. The conversation starts at scope instead of price.

A floor filters. A quote invites haggling. This is the single change that does most of the work.

All seven stages, and what we refuse to do

Where this does not work.

Worth saying before you spend anything. Paid social is not the right channel for everyone, and we would rather lose the job than take it and blame the market later.

  • When your buyer is actively searchingIf someone with a deadline is typing your service into a search engine, that is search intent. Interrupting them on social is a worse and more expensive way to reach the same person.
  • When the sale needs a specifierSome things are sold to consultants and procurement panels through relationships and documentation. Ads can support that. They cannot replace it.
  • When your industry cannot advertiseSome professions are barred from direct advertising by their own regulator. In that case the honest answer is content and authority, not lead ads.
  • When nobody can attend the meetingsIf your team cannot get to the appointments we book, the campaign will look like it failed when it did not. We agree who owns that before we start.

Questions we get asked.

How soon will we see results?

On our own campaign, leads arrived within days of the ads going live. How fast that turns into booked appointments in your business depends on your market and your offer, so we will not put a number on it before we have seen either.

Closed revenue depends on your sales cycle. If yours runs three to six months, then month one and two will honestly show pipeline, not sales. We would rather set that expectation now than be fired at day sixty over a campaign that is working.

Do you handle the ad spend?

The advertising budget is yours and it stays in your own account. We manage it and we do not mark it up. Our fee is a separate line, and when we report the economics we include both, which is not how everyone does it.

Can you work with the ads we already run?

Often the copy is better than people think and the hole is everything after the click. Where that is the case we keep your creative and build the rest underneath it. It is faster and cheaper than starting again.

What do you need from us?

The lowest price job you would actually take, your close rate off a first meeting, and a named person who will attend the appointments we book. Those three answers shape everything, and most agencies never ask for them.

What does it cost?

It depends on your market and how much of the machine already exists, so a number here would be a guess. Ask and you will get a real one in writing, with the advertising budget shown separately.

Send us the name of your company.

That is genuinely all we need to pull your ad account and show you what is leaking. No charge, and no obligation to work with us afterwards.
